This route immerses you in an unforgettable experience with nature. Starting in your hotel, we pick you up early in the morning to take the Braulio Carrillo National Park  road toward Puerto Viejo de Sarapiquí. (rain Forest Area)

Here we start biking on a gravel road along side the Sarapiquí river. The adventure mixes the exrcise of biking with getting close to nature, observing toucan birds, monkeys, sloth, iguanas, water birds and crocodiles.

The weather is hot and humid. As Costa Rica opened to tourism many years ago, this region is a real paradise for bird watchers, as most of the species of birds you see on the book "Birds of Costa Rica" are found in this region.
